Here at Digilent, our we believe that the best way to teach people is to inspire them to create. The Open-Source Robot Parts Initiative is aimed to help everyday people create new parts to share with the world.
Digilent Robot Kits
Digilent has 4 robotic kits available. These are based off the chipKIT MX3
Standard Parts
Base Plate
Rugged metal base plate suitable for use in extending the size of the Robotic Starter Kit (RSK) or for use in custom applications. Ships with standoffs and screws for extending the height of the RSK platform.
Rounded Plate
Rugged metal rounded expansion platform expansions for use with the Digilent Robotic Starter Kit (RSK). Useful for increasing the size of the RSK to add additional sensors, hardware or other custom requirements.
Angled Plate
Rugged metal angled expansion platform expansions for use with the Digilent Robotic Starter Kit (RSK). Useful for increasing the size of the RSK to add additional sensors, hardware or other custom requirements.
Single Motor Mount
Rugged metal motor mounts suitable for use with the Robotic Starter Kit (RSK), Base Plate Expansion or custom applications. These motor mounts use slotted mounting holes designed to allow exact alignment of motors in most applications.
Double Motor Mount
Rugged metal motor mounts suitable for use with the Robotic Starter Kit (RSK), Base Plate Expansion or custom applications.
Servo Bracket
Perfect for mounting our GWS servos (or any standard r/c servos) to your project. Made from heavy duty steel w/ powedercoat finish.
Tire Kit
Rugged ABS wheels for use with the Digilent motors (select “D-slot” when ordering) and GWS servos (select“Splined” when ordering). Perfect for adding mobility to your robotic projects.
